Delete your account

You can delete your Baciko account and all associated data at any time.

Open “Settings and memory” from the top-left menu, tap “Delete my account” at the bottom, type DELETE to confirm, and complete the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. After we verify that the request belongs to your account, we will delete your account and its data.

Deleted data

Your profile, conversations, message versions, memories, uploaded files, feedback, reported response records, and usage counters are permanently deleted. If you signed in with Apple, the Apple sign-in connection is also revoked.

Records that may be retained

Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription; cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account. App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain purchase and billing records for their applicable legal retention periods.
