    Pick a listening, questioning, playful or practical approach. Compare companion profiles and example conversations.

  2. Start a conversation

    Write what is on your mind. You can switch companions during a conversation to explore another perspective on the same topic.

  3. Manage memory

    Memory starts off. You choose what is remembered. Use temporary chat for conversations you do not want saved.
